Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at hinokiboards@gmail.com with your order number.

After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it as per our return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for products that are:

• Damaged or defective
• Incorrect items received
• Significantly different from the description

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

All Hinoki cutting boards are non-refundable due to their handcrafted nature, except in case of damage or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. The customer will be required to cover the initial return shipping charges, which will be reimbursed up to a maximum of Rs.300.
